This is a biweekly educational workshop led by two eldest daughter therapists exploring themes unique to this family role. Participants can expect to learn about specific concepts related to eldest daughter experiences as well as time for personal and collective discussion.
This space will focus on skills, strategies, and connection with others who share this identity.
Drop-in for one or all of the topics.
Topics to include: Over-functioning, self-doubt vs self-trust, emotional and financial boundaries, strengths/benefits, and releasing responsibility/reframing your role.
