I offer over 15 years of experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) are the primary treatments used to reduce symptoms and both have proven highly effective for clients. fees
Individual sessions are $175 for a 50 minute session. Credit card and HSA payments are accepted.
insurance
Insurance is not accepted, however, if your insurance covers out of network therapy costs, a superbill (receipt) can be provided for your reimbursement. Click here for more information regarding out of network benefits.
