Therapy is an investment in yourself. It is understandable that you want to make the most of your investment. Clarity Counseling and Wellness offers over 14 years of experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is the primary treatment used to reduce symptoms and has been proven highly effective for clients. Click here to learn more about CBT and how it works.


Individual sessions are $120 for a 50 minute session. Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted.


Insurance is not accepted at this time. If your insurance covers out of network therapy costs, a superbill (receipt) can be provided for your reimbursement. Click here for more information regarding out of network benefits.

Options for payment

If you are looking for alternatives for the cost of therapy, there are some options available.

  • HSA benefits. If you contribute to an HSA account, those funds can be used for therapy. (In some cases, parents can also use their HSA funds for covered dependents up to age 26.)

  • Biweekly sessions. Weekly sessions are recommended but biweekly sessions can also be beneficial and can reduce overall cost when needed.

  • Session packages. Four or eight weekly sessions can be purchased up front for $100 per session. Sessions must be used in consecutive weeks.

  • Sliding scale. No sliding scale spots are available at this time. When available, reduced cost spots are based on proof of income.
