If you struggle in your relationship with one or both parents or parental figures, this group is for you. Group therapy is a beneficial way to both begin healing and understanding more about yourself while also connecting with others who are having similar experiences. Groups allow us to both give and receive feedback and experience our growth and change together with others on a similar path. It can also be a cost effective option if budgeting is a concern.

The best part of being with a group is simply realizing that you are not alone.
